Enzyme Lab

Sign-ups for the enzyme lab will be done online.

NOTE: You DO NOT need to complete unit 2 before enrolling in the enzyme lab, please enroll as soon as possible.

To prepare for their scheduled lab section students must:

1. Review pages 151-156 in Campbell as well as objectives 4 through 6 in Unit 3.
2. Read the lab guide in the Survival Manual before lab.
3. Complete Appendices A, B, C. Your TA will collect these at the beginning of lab.
4. Complete the Library online worksheet.
5. Prepare blank data tables for recording your results, these will also be checked at the start of lab.
6. Bring the lab guide to lab with you.
7. Bring a calculator and a digital watch (if you have one) to lab.

Be certain to clean up your station after lab. Students who fail to clean up after themselves will lose points!
