Mitosis in plant cells (Allium root tip). Most of the cells are in interphase; they can be recognized by the presence of the large nucleus with a dark nucleolus within it. You should be able to identify cells in different stages of mitosis. Give two ways cell reproduction in a plant cell differs from that in an animal cell.
